Have you ever felt like a prisoner in your own heart, mind and body?

This feeling is horrific to endure.

No matter which way you turn, it feels like there is no way out.

Your mind continues to race with thoughts of sadness, fear, anger, frustration, depression and negativity.

Life feels hopeless and you feel helpless.

How can one break away from this prison of emotional turmoil?

The only way to release the chains of confinement is to be true to yourself.

Dreaming is a fascinating and extraordinary connection to our subconscious mind and to the 'otherside'.

When one dreams, they travel into different dimensions of time and space.

Some dreams are precognitive, reveal visits from those who have passed over or they may assist one in releasing their daily stressors in waking life.

I regularly have precognitive dreams as well as 'visits' from those who have passed over from the 'otherside'.
