Communication

Communication takes on many forms.

We communicate with our words, actions, emotions and gestures.

To understand the full spectrum of communication, one has to be present with the other person.

What are they trying to tell you?

Are you listening?

Where are you when someone is speaking?

Are you off in your mind at work, home or a personal situation?

When we are not in front of the person communicating, we are disengaging from an interaction that holds importance to the receiver as well as the giver.

How many times have you nodded your head pretending that you heard the person when in truth you were in a far off land?

Each one of us has something to learn when others are speaking their own unique language!

Missing those moments are crucial in the divine purpose of that meeting of the two souls.

Every interaction plays an important role of the heart.

Communicating through writing, touch, a look, or verbally is God's expression of our emotions and thoughts combining to become fully integrated into wisdom.

Acknowledging someone when they are in expression is compassion.

Always take a moment to validate what others are trying to express.

When you do so, you are reflecting Love in its highest form.

What is being said may be just a droplet in a pond.

What is Not being said is the underling truth in the communication of the soul!

Pay attention and listen!

"The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention…. A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words" - Rachel Naomi Remen-
