Emotions

Emotions are directly linked to God.

When we experience laughter, a release occurs within our bodies.

We feel happy, lighter and relaxed.

Think of all the different sounds of laughter.
Aren't they just amazing?

The sensation that we feel when we laugh starts down in our stomach area, travels through the chest region and up through the throat and is then exhaled out of the mouth into the air.

Have you ever laughed so hard that your muscles in your stomach hurt?

That is because the energy of laughter resides there.

So as we laugh, we release the blocked energy of the solar plexus.
This is the area where the energy of self worth originates.

When we feel insecure about something, we sometimes experience a butterfly feeling in our
stomach area.
This tells us that the energy is there.

When we cry, we release blocked energy in our chest area.

When we are sad, our chest hurts as the heart is aching.

Our heart area is where we hold the energy of love and trust.

When something doesn't feel right, we feel a heaviness in our chest.

Did you ever notice that when you are hurting emotionally, you may end up
with a chest cold?

This is because we hold our emotions inside and haven't found a channel in
which to release them.

Tears are connected to the release of our pain.

It is as though we are being bathed in water when
we cry.

All the pain is washed away in that moment.

Anger wakes us up to what we know is Not true.

When we are angry, we literally get hot inside as our body temperature rises.
The Truth needs to be revealed to us and until that moment arrives, we are
agitated, frustrated, and annoyed.

Have you ever noticed that when you are angry you end up with a headache?

This is because the energy of anger is in our head area.  We use our thoughts to
continue to seek the truth in any given situation.

Our emotions serve us to be attuned to all that happening inside our bodies and to the energy
that surrounds us out in the world.

Emotions are God's reminders to us all of how our mind and body are so intricately designed together.

Laugh or Cry  today and feel God working through you as you release what needs to
be expressed outward.
