Memory

The memory is a fascinating part of human existence.

Without it, life would be a blank slate.

Memories bring back our life as we recall it.

Have you ever been in the middle of a task when suddenly a memory from your past
reveals itself.

What caused the memory to appear in your thoughts as you were being present with the task at hand?

It is being brought to you to reflect on those moments remembered.

Those moments may have significance in your past that play a role in your current life.

The memory may serve as an awakening of something you repressed due to trauma.

Or it may enlighten you to aspects of yourself that you were unaware of.

Memories carry many emotions and feelings with them.

They provide information about the essence of self that arrive in your consciousness.

As these memories flood into your awareness, clarity is revealed.

This clarity may give one a strong sense of self .

Feelings of insecurities, confusion or uncertainty that were experienced in the past as a child or young adult will now have true meaning.

This understanding provides freedom from the heaviness that has been carried throughout life as one questioned who they were.

Memories give foundation to the growth of  the soul.

As each passing memory comes through the forefront of consciousness, a wholeness is created.

The wholeness of self.

Realizations are made and new founded insights are integrated.

What was once painful in the past will now be healed.

As you go through your day, pay close attention to what memories are being brought to you through
your subconscious.

Feel the moments of that memory and remember all that was going on inside of you at that time.

There will be a message for you.

The message will have importance to the awareness of self.
