How does one get past the pain when it continues to stare them in the face?

This is a tough situation to deal with day to day.

The ability to heal from emotional upsets can only begin by understanding the process of
forgiveness.

Forgiveness begins with the release of the hurt, anger and sadness that is being felt on so many levels.

Whatever caused the pain, let go of it.

If the pain is arising from inner conflict and confusion, take time with those emotions to find a place 
to seek clarity and calmness.

Find your center.

Once you enter into a more balanced state of understanding, open your heart.

Allow love to gracefully fill that empty space where honor and truth were not given.

Flow graciously into the stream of tears as they float to the surface so you may feel the
suffering that has been endured.

Cry.

Feel.

Speak outloud or in slience.

Release the patterns that trigger the emotional sadness that enter into your memory.

Validate your existence and the importance of your core Value.

Reflect on the Love that you know Belongs to you.

The love that Only you can give to yourself.

Acknowledge your Inner Beauty.

Separate yourself from what you know is not true.

Recognize your soul's requirements.

Ask for guidance to see only truth, your truth!

Honor yourself.

Move into the tranquility of your soul.

Live with peace in your heart.

Forgiveness is reached when one can look back at what caused the pain and can no longer be affected by it.

It is seen through the eyes of God.
