Repeated Patterns

Why does one keep themselves in repeated patterns of behavior?

It arises from fear.

Fear will hinder the progression of self to the next level of awareness.

What are repeated patterns?

Repeated patterns are negative behaviors that show up time after time and keep one unconscious.

There are many types of patterns in one's psyche.

Patterns of fear, lack, control, self pity, irresponsibility of self, anger and abuse.

They occur in relationships and in addictions.

Take for example a relationship where trust is a problem.

If one had a past where they were betrayed emotionally, automatically trust becomes their issue.
The person will then bring their past trust issue into the current relationship and begin to sabotage
it. Fear of getting hurt becomes the sole thought in one's mind.
It becomes a pattern in the relationship. The relationship will ultimately suffer.

Addictions are also patterns of escapism.
They assist in the denial of self and create suppression in the soul's journey to reach for ITS light.
If this pattern exists within oneself, running from life's problems will become the pattern of choice.
The replacement will be filled with addictive behaviors of all kinds.

An example of a pattern within oneself might be the urge to control your surroundings so that
a protective barrier will be placed around you.
This pattern represses one's heart from opening up to love and receiving it.

How can one break these patterns of behavior?

To begin, one needs to acknowledge that the pattern exists.
Awareness takes place and reflection of self  occurs.

Recognizing behaviors that are not serving the higher self is the first step in changing them.

One must ask themselves why they are acting a certain way.
What are you truly afraid of?

Fear is an illusion.
It is created by negative thoughts that feed the ego.
Facing your fears is difficult but necessary to allow growth of the soul.

Love is the opposite of fear.

Love embraces your true self.

Choosing to love yourself and others will help break these patterns that destroy relationships and create self
destructive behaviors.

Every day, take time to look inside and see what your pattern is that is bringing unhappiness into your life.

Look at it and find the strength and courage to change it.

There will be a release that happens which will open up the channels of  joy, love and truth to enter into your conscious awareness.

The pattern will be broken and a freedom will be felt.

You will awaken to your light!
