Soul Work

Life has a way of coming around until the lesson is learned and the pattern is broken.

Each day brings challenges to one's world.

The choice is up to you in how a feeling or situation will be handled as it is being presented.

Some may run from the obstacles, some may hide.

For those who choose to escape, progression will be limited and pain will continue to reveal itself.

Those who choose to hide will also regress and falter.

Why is it so hard to break patterns that don't serve our higher self.

What are we afraid of?

Do we fear that we will not be accepted or worse yet not be loved?

Is our self worth at risk?

Is it easier to seek pleasure rather than feel what sits like a rock inside our hearts?

Doing your inner soul work is tough business.

Nobody said it would be easy or fair.

Our emotions are our guiding source to heal what lies beneath the surface to delve into the unsettledness of the soul.

When one feels that inner twinge that screams out loud, "This hurts", action is needed.

This action requires to sit with the tears, process the story that brought you to that place and then release it over to God.

Burying the pain or escaping it will only bring more of the same and eventually the pain will build into a mountain of unresolved issues that get harder and harder to break through.

We came here to learn something about ourselves.

Did we not?

The only way to learn is to face it head on and then move toward the next lesson.

Once the work is complete one can anchor themselves to their center more easily and live life with understanding and peace.

The next time you are confronted with a painful situation that needs your attention, do not run from it and cover it up with life's pleasures, rather take a look at it and resolve it through different steps that will bring you to a higher place of self.

Inner soul work is why we exist.

Life is much to brief to waste all the precious moments that are given to each of us.

Do the soul work and be blessed with the truth of your essence.
