The Soul's Beauty

Posted by Maria Certo on Monday, October 17, 2011

Inner beauty is something that we all possess.

As we age, our outer beauty constantly changes and transforms.

When we reach certain ages, adjustments to our transformation is required emotionally and mentally.

In our society we are taught to look young, stay fit and beautiful no matter what age.

This is unrealistic.

We begin to question our appearance as we get older based on society's ideals.

This is when we are tempted to follow their lead and have a facelift, tummy tuck, liposuction or botox.

We fall into the trap of feeling insecure about our bodies and face because we no longer fit the bill of youth.

This is when reflection and introspection of self is needed so one may go within and find their inner beauty.

The beauty of the soul!

Aging is a natural process.

Our bodies are Not meant to look 20 when we turn 40 or 50 and beyond.

Our faces are Not meant to remain with youthful appearances.

The physical body has its limits on time and preservation.

It is the natural evolution of the body.

The soul, however, is timeless and ageless.

We are Not our bodies.

The body is a vehicle to transport the soul through ITS journey here on earth.

When the physical body has served it purpose, it will naturally cease.

The soul will then be set free to experience all of ITS learning.

It is important to take care of the body that houses the soul.

Just as it is important to take care of your spirit.

Loving who you are will carry you through the changes that occur as one ages.

Beauty is not what is seen on the outside.

IT is what is expressed from the inside out!

Always love who you are through each transition and stage of life.

Accept your changing body and face.

Embrace the wisdom you have earned.

When you view yourself in the mirror, see the beautiful reflection looking back at you.

Acknowledge every wrinkle and your altered body.

Know that who you were as a tiny infant, teenager, young adult is who you are now and always will be.

The body changes, but your soul remains in ITS infinite beauty forever.

We enter into these bodies not to become them, but to experience the lessons that are needed for our soul's journey.

We incarnate onto the earth plane so we may be all that we are as we show the world and ourselves the beauty that resides in each and everyone of us.

Be your authentic self and feel your beautiful existence in everything you do.
